He is preceded in death by his father, James Jolley; mother, Lois Jolley; as well as his brothers, Robert Hall Jolley and Edwin Hill Jolley. He is survived by his children, Jonathan Jolley, Kathryn Jolley, Kevin Jolley, and George Jolley Jr.; as well as twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
George proudly served his Country in the Army, which he retired from. He went on to continue to help people through his membership of the Alabama Emergency Unit as well as guiding the youth as a Boy Scouts Troop Leader. When he was not working, his favorite pastime was Nascar racing.
A Graveside Service for George will be held Friday, April 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115.
