Chester Ray Suttle, 69, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away April 10, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, William “Bill” Suttle and Marie Eiland Suttle and brother, William Earl Suttle. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Elizabeth Betty Suttle; son, Tyler Ray Suttle and grandson, Thomas Jackson Suttle.
Mr. Suttle is a lifetime member and Past President of Bowhunters of Alabama, founding member of Autauga County Bowhunters Club and a charter member of First Baptist Church of Posey Crossroads. He was also the Sergeant of the Old Kingston Volunteer Fire Department.
Funeral service for Mr. Suttle will be Saturday, April 15, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Posey Crossroads at 12:00 PM with the visitation from 10:30 – 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery on highway 57, Prattville. Pallbearers will be Tyler Ray Suttle, Drew Metzler, Tony Kirkland, Kevin Silvey, Carl Eiland and Ray Metzler. Honorary Pallbearer will be George Shumway.
