Linda Sue Herman, 69 of Potsdam, died peacefully on October 4, 2014. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service. Born in Etna outside of Pittsburgh. Her parents were Howard and Edna
McNally Herman, she is survived by her life partner Sue Kelly, their son Ethan Kelly and sister Pat Connolly and family who reside in California.
Linda attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and moved to the North Country soon after to accept a teaching position in Massena at J.W. Leary. She taught art and adored her profession, students and coworkers. She embraced life, loved animals, was a supporter of the Arts, an avid athlete, enjoyed her family, friends, nieces, nephews and travel.
