Miss you Johndan! Your memory continues to live on in my heart.

I'm so sorry. Will there be a gathering? He was my bandmate. He rarely spoke of his profesional life. Such a shock. A relatively young man. He was the greatest oganizing influence on Norm Chomsky. No hope now for that. Sadness is a gathering storm. .

I have had the pleasure of working with Johndan as a colleague during my time at Clarkson University. We have many things in common in terms of intellectual interests. I have found his breadth of knowledge in various topics to be wide ranging, in depth and have come to value discussions with him. We had an ongoing research project with another colleague, Lauren Petley, but alas his passing has forced us to continue on without him. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Johndan.

I have been working with Johndan in a taskforce group recently and was shocked and deeply saddened by the news of his passing. We have been colleagues for over 20 years and it is hard to believe he is gone. His voice and leadership leadership will be sorely missed.

I'm am so lucky, like so many others to have had the opportunity to know Johndan. And the last two years working closely with him has been an honor.  Johndan really knew how to put things in perspective and to tell it how it is.  I won't forget him, he will have a long standing effect on so many lives. Peace out Johndan.
