Sean Ryan Henry was born in 1996, and raised in the Pacific Northwest, the ideal place to grow up for a boy who loved spending time close to nature. He attended St. Therese School, Corbett Highschool, and OIT in Klamath Falls.
In his earlier years he was an avid skateboarder. He spent hours practicing his tricks and wouldn't accept less than perfection. His dedication was fostered by his family, and he frequently reminisced about his trip to San Francisco with his dad to see a world famous skateboarding competition.
His curiosity for life led him down a path of diverse hobbies. He could be found at the piano improvising jazz, working on electrical engineering problems, studying the great minds he admired, or filling journals with ideas and poetry. He was an accomplished self taught musician, and his family home was always filled with his melodies.
Sean was diagnosed with bipolar and struggled the past few years with his illness, and said goodbye to this world on January 7th.
He is missed by countless people, including his parents, Richie and Cepta, his sisters, Roisin and Una, his beloved Portland Family, Aunt Rose, Uncle Bret, Cousin Karl, and Lisa. He is also remembered by his Granny Harte, and the rest of his huge Irish clan whom he cared for deeply. His dog and best friend Finley misses him too.
Private family service on January 14th, and an open celebration of life to later be announced.
