Billie Ruth Parker was born at home on January 20, 1924, in Brownsboro, Texas, to William and Lottie Parker. Ruth and Thomas William Michael were married on September 19, 1942. Ruth died on June 19, 2022, in Portland, Oregon, at 98 years and 5 months of age, Tom having preceded her in death.
Ruth is survived by both her sons Don and Rand and their spouses, as well as 11 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 11 am where she will be laid to rest alongside of Tom.
