Priscilla crossed the Atlantic five times before she was 6 years of age. The last voyage was on the Queen Mary. She lived in Portland, Maine, Boston, Seattle and Portland, Ore., as her father was transferred as British Vice Consul. Priscilla attended Grant High School and graduated in Bellevue, Wash. At the University of Washington, she was in a scholastic sorority, Sigma Epsilon Sigma, W-Key. She was an accomplished violinist and pianist and loved her garden. She and her husband were involved with hosting the Rose Festival fleet. When she was not busy raising her family, she worked as a consumer price index reporter for the U.S. Labor Department. Priscilla was a huge pro-life advocate and in her honor, memorial contributions can be made to Oregon Right to Life.
