Nancy Mae Jones

In 1939, at the age of thirteen, she married Mr. Arthur Jones. They were united in Matrimony for forty-seven years. To this union six children were born. Mrs. Jones was a loving wife and mother.

Nancy was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and worked there faithfully. She retired from Techtronics and was also a home maker. Mrs. Jones was a very cheerful individual who believed it was more blessed to give than to receive.

Mrs. Jones leaves to cherish her memory her adoring children: three sons, Arthur Jones Jr. of Portland, Oregon, Clydell Jones of Flidell, Louisiana, Darrell L. Jones of Phoenix, Arizona and adopted son James Faison of Portland, Oregon; two daughters, Patricia Lynn Waters of Portland, Oregon and Gail Renate Kelsey of Phoenix, Arizona; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Arthur Jones of Phoenix, Arizona; sons Fred Jones of Phoenix, Arizona, Paul Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada and Christopher Jones of Phoenix, Arizona.
