Marjorie Ann Davies

Our sweet mom, Marjorie Davies, widow of Roger, mother of Jerry (Susie), Paul (Rose), Kathy (Mike), Chris (Angela) and Tammy (Rick), passed away July 22, 2021. She was a friend, lover of mystery books and country music. After waiting 61 years, she will be with our dad, the love of her life. Marge was a woman of deep faith who loved her church and volunteered for many years at St. Clare Catholic Church. She was so excited to be a grandma, and was the best grandma ever to Mitra, Molly, Mike, Danielle, John, Zach, Jeremy, Ryan, Tyler, Dakota and Meena. Famous for making them Swedish pancakes with special syrup and peanut butter, she loved her grandkids deeply. She also had great-grandchildren to love, Clary, Miles, Emery, Elliot, Landon, Parker, Margaret, Calvin, Bennett, and Max.

She will be missed by many.

You did a great job raising five children on your own, we love you, Mom. Rest in peace and say hi to Dad.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in her name to St. Clare Catholic Church or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

A rosary service will occur Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 8535 SW 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97219.

A funeral mass will follow Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church,
