Marilyn Jean Blum, our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away of a brief battle with cancer. Marilyn was born in Newton, KS to Olney and Anna Lake. As a child she moved to Portland where she lived the rest of her life. She graduated from Jefferson High School and Oregon Dental School working as a dental hygienist until her retirement. The remainder of her days she enjoyed her family. Marilyn is survived by her daughters Linda Vanderbeck (Jim), Karen McCormack (Chris), her grandchildren Paul McCormack (Ashley), and Rich McCormack and great grandchildren Camden and Souvie. A private service has been held.
