Kenneth Bernard Herrera was born to the loving parents of Tony and Bertha Herrera in San Jose, California and raised in Selma, California. He passed peacefully at home with his beloved wife Margaret Herrera and step-son Geoff Williams by his side.
Kenneth a man with simple tastes and most days would find him in a pair of blue jeans and a t-shirt and a love of the outdoors and all it offered. Oh, and we must not forget how he enjoyed cooking, and listening to music. Though his biggest love next to his wife was football. Oh how he loved the Raiders, “Let’s go Raiders!” yet he will be remembered most for his integrity, humor, stubbornness, selflessness, and his determination to provide the best life for his children whom he loved more than words could ever describe.
Kenneth attended Freedom Four Square Church where he met his wife Margaret and were later married on October 10, 2019. They both spent time at The Coffee Pot Fellowship and Outreach. Kenneth touched many with his personality, charisma, and an infectious laugh that would change to the energy of the room.
Kenneth was blessed to have many roles as a husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He leaves behind wife Margaret, step-son Geoff, two sons Jonathan and Emilio, daughter Katie, his sisters Lisa, Yvonne, Deborah, and Jaimie; brothers’ Jose Jr., Andrew, Robert, and Noah; his parents Tony and Bertha, and their dogs Jack AKA Jacky Whack from Kentucky and Addie AKA Floppy Ears. Kenneth joins his sister Kristine.
Kenneth was truly a great man whose impact will be forever felt by his friends and family that love him dearly. Leaving an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones.
