Janice Seymour Welborn passed away Wednesday January 16. Born in Portland, she graduated from Jefferson High School in 1943 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. She was a mother and homemaker for her family and loved to cook and bake. In addition, she spent over 35 years as a volunteer at Woodland Park Hospital. She was widowed in 1998 and is survived by her son Randy and daughter Wendy Osbon, and grandchildren Maegyn, Brielle and Elliott. A memorial service will be held in her honor Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 1:00 p.m. at Athey Creek Christian Fellowship, Wilsonville. She will be greatly missed.
