Jack was gifted to Jack E. and (Arden) Lynn Warrington and our world by his friend in Jesus on May 22, 1957, and he learned as a boy his destiny in religious belief. He graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1975, then enlisted in the US Marine Corps to further his education. He then earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from Oregon State University in 1985, his Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University (New York), and his Master of Divinity degree from Western Seminary in 2005 (Portland). While attending OSU he met Julie Winchester, the woman he would marry and raise his family with. Together they raised Russell, Theresa, and Carolyn, and adopted into their family a nephew/son, Ben Eaton. All four have grown to be fine young people. As a Baptist Pastor he was able to share his religious beliefs with many worshipers and served as such in marrying family and friends into their new lives. Recently divorced, he quickly met his new love in Rosemary Sams and dedicated himself to her through marriage just three days before being called back home to Jesus on June 19, 2014 by complications due to heart surgery. He was preceded in death by his father Jack E. in 1990, and is survived by his mother, 4 sisters, 1 brother, 12 nieces and nephews, and 1 grandchild. Please remember Jack by making donations or volunteer time in the names of adolescent boys or young men who need help or guidance in their lives as that was his life's goal. Services for Jack will be held at Finley Sunset Hills Chapel with Graveside services to follow.
