Irene will be reunited with her husband, William Chan, at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary and Memorial Park in Portland, Oregon in the Garden of Tualatin View. Services will be private. The family greatly appreciates your care and compassion while they take the time to remember and celebrate Irene.
