A woman of strong will and boundless energy, she was a force of nature—bold, spirited, and deeply cherished by all who knew her.
Frances will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery in Happy Valley, Oregon, a place of tranquility and respect. Although she has left us in body, her legacy of love, strength, and vibrant, spicy Italian spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
