Auntie Faye I will never forget you now you will be with the others in the family  always love

     With Faye's passing, an era comes to a close, the era of living next door to the Wolfs. I enjoyed visiting Faye. In the last couple of years I'd see her in the living room- often late at night- so I'd drop in and say hello, or I'd bring her strawberries from the Farmer's Market on Sundays. Best about these visits was the opportunity to listen to her wax usually poetic, sometimes profane, always deeply lovingly, about her children. She was proud of your many unique and tremendous accomplishments.

    Faye's courage didn't waiver. She ought to have been in politics, because she would have gotten things done under threat of making heads roll!  Her thoughtfulness and problem solving were admirable. She was practical and big hearted. She knew when to hold 'em, when to fold 'em, and did both well with just a glimmer of whimsey in her eye.

   Since her passing, I've told Faye that her children and grandchildren are well, that she set you forth into the world with strong moral compasses and solid values. She did her work, she's run her valiant race. It's hard to write this without tears getting in the way. My family loved Faye, and we hold all of you in the light.
   
     Mom reads and re-reads her recent birthday card from Faye, then holds it up and says, "she was a such good neighbor. I miss her!"

    Kathy, Jerry, Connie, Tom, Patty, Cori, grandkids and loved ones, be gentle with each other as you navigate the healing power of your grief. Go bowling, play some cards, go to the casino, make a list, tell someone to do something--honor Faye! 

  With deep gratitude Faye, for being such a presence in so many lives, a matriarch, a reliable and thoughtful neighbor, a friend. We miss you, we remember you, we love you. For me, you are, as they say in Spanish, "PRESENTE!"

Auntie Faye - you mean the world to us and we are so sad at your passing....It gives some comfort that your are with Uncle Don and Great Grandma and Grandpa....All our love

When I was growing up, I spent a lot of time in your home. It was actually my second home. Or I should say my home away from home. I loved just being there. I have thought of all of you through the years, remembering when. When I saw some of you after your   father past I knew i had missed out on a lot. But things change. one thing that will never change  and that is my love for all of you. I wish I could be there for you in person, but just know that I will be there in Spirt.  Your mother will be greatly missed.

To the Wolf Family:  There is nothing like loosing your mother.  My heart goes out to you all. In time you will heal, but it will be hard.  The love of a mother is the stongest bonding agent known to man.  She can go peacefully knowing that she raised all of you kids to be the great children that you are.  God Bless you all.

Faye ~ I have known you most of my life and although we didn't keep in close touch you have always stayed close to my heart. The way you took me into your life and family when I was a child meant the world to me. You were a woman of great strength, spirit, and loving support...I will always, continue to keep you in my thoughts and close to my heart. Loving prayers go to your family and friends. Love,
