Met you and Fred in 1981 when we were lucky to stay with you for a few days in your beautiful home. We talked about your days before you left England, how you remembered rationing during the war you kept trying to feed us up and we laughed a lot.

Dear Aunty Micky, will never forger the first time we came to Oregon and Pete, the boys and I spent several days with you. I remember you telling me about my dad as a little boy, how you met Uncle Fred, and your early life in America. Mark and Scott still remember uncle Fred talking about the 'keepers' while they were out crab fishing with him.   We never knew you well but I am so glad I got to meet you and talk about my dad and his sisters.

Rip Mickey. You were loved and will never be forgotten. I never got to meet you but heard hundreds of great stories from your daughters and grandkids. It was a beautiful time to go camping and stay on the property where you and grandpa built your home and life. Everyone always had great stories to tell around the camp fire!

I will really miss her and the stories she shared of world war II and meeting and dating Uncle Fred.  She used to tell me stories about her arrival in America and how she would use British terms that meant something totally different here.  We would be laughing so hard we would cry.
