Edith Jane Stanton

Edith was married to Jack Stanton for 50 years until his passing in 1999. She spent her life a dedicated homemaker with a love for animals including birdwatching. Edith was known for her roses but she especially enjoyed knitting, quilting and various craft making. One of her favorite pastimes was searching for four leaf clovers which she always seemed to find. She attended Pioneer Methodist Church for many years and read her bible often, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Edith is survived by her children David Kroll, Jacquelyn Nesbitt, Darlene Shoemaker and Sasha Lovell; her grandchildren Logan Kroll, Ty Kroll, Alicia Dahlem, Nora Cochran, Brandon Doell and Andrew Lovell; her sisters Lura Tesch, Louise Stevens and Eleanor Albrecht.

She will be laid to rest at a later date in Skyline Memorial Gardens, Portland, Oregon.
