In 1934, Donna was born to Ann & Phillip Hergenrader. She graduated from Washington High School in Portland, Oregon.
In 1953, she married the love of her life Robert Carr Foster. She was his devoted wife for 67 years. Donna had a deep passion for dogs and donated to various organizations. She enjoyed attending classic car shows with Robert. She also enjoyed traveling with family and friends.
Donna worked for U.S. Bank. She had a career in Human Resources. After 30 years of service, she retired.
Donna was known for her kindness, compassion and beautiful smile.
On June 7th, 2021, Donna passed away. May she rest in peace. She is survived by her brother Roger Hergenrader, and several nieces and nephews.
