YOU LUCKY DOG!  I can't wait to see you again with hair.  I miss you very much.  Just about every day.  We experienced some things together, but never talked about it in this life.  I think I may have found something that could have helped us both.  Too late for you, you got the express train to paradise.  Give all my love to those I love and who love me.  Keep an eye on me Bro.   Sometimes I need you!

Condolences Mitzi and family.  What an example he set.  God, family, country and work all received his maximum attention.  Dave is fully prepared for his new job.  Semper Fi, Marine; thank you for showing us the way.

I had the good fortune to know and work with Dave for many years at Cascade Corporation.  I remember him as one of the Good Guys who embodied integrity and an indomitable spirit rooted deeply in his family and faith.  We are all better off for having known him and wish him well on his next assignment.  Godspeed, my friend.

I was deeply saddened by the news of Dave’s passing. We were long time colleagues at Cascade and shared many laughs and experiences over many years.  He was a consummate gentleman.

Dave was a valued co-worker of mine for many years at Cascade.
Dave was a Babe Ruth Coach and I was blessed to co-coach with him and through this really get to know him and his family  and his commitment to family.
Dave was a co-partner on a pilot business venture in LA for Cascade that he poured endless hours into in his efforts to make it succeed. He was committed to success in everything he took on.
Dave never shrugged responsibility and always relished a new challenge.  
In Dave’s life and travels he touched many lives and made many friends wherever he went.
I consider myself so very fortunate to have known him and the things he valued in life.
He was a good father, a good human being and my good friend.

I was sorry to see that Dave had passed away. I worked with Dave back in the 80s at Columbia Body and Equipment Co.  Dave was the Purchasing Manager there.  I fondly remember him as a wonderful man, good at his job, and always positive and respectful.  He was very well-liked by me and my coworkers and, man, could that guy make me laugh. Working with Dave was definitely one of the highlights of my working life. My condolences to his family.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with David during my two years at Cascade Corporation.  David was such a kind gentleman who made me feel comfortable in my new working environment.  My sincerest condolences to David's family both at home and at Cascade.  Prayers to David's family and friends during this most difficult of time.

I think I've finally recovered from the news - I miss my friend!  Dave is responsible for so many good things to happen in my life;  My son lives in Springfield because of Dave.  When I had a liver transplant, Dave was always near - staying very late in the hospital, even during  those calls that didn't end up with me in surgery.  Supporting my family through all the stress - he was always there for us.  What a great friend he was to me!  I will cherish all the memories, and can't wait to see him again!  brian hellwig
