Darnell was raised on Chicago’s south side and attended Beethoven elementary school and CVS High School. He was the second oldest child of twelve, and was affectionately known as “Devil” by family and close friends.
Darnell enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking care of his kids and traveling. He was known for cracking jokes and making you laugh and being the life of the party.
He is preceded in death by his father, one sister, two uncles, three aunts, and four grandparents. He made his peaceful transition on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023.
Darnell leaves behind his children, Jarmen Nalayah, Dalilah, Kadorro, and Kavalli; six brothers, Brandon, Damon, Paris, Antonio, Antwan, and Armahd; five sisters Demetriah, Porcha, Adrian, Kanika, and Ambria; three aunts; two uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews that he truly loved unconditionally; including E’Money, Brandon Jr., Emily, and a host of cousins and close friends; his great aunt Mary Pittman; closest childhood friend Buster, and his step mother Veronica Trammell.
