Charles was a retired owner and officer of Sno-Cap Security. Survived by daughters, Nancy Leong and April Klinkhammer; son, Scott; and granddaughter, Lauren Klinkhammer. A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2011, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
