Adams, Carolyn C. 88 May 07, 1928 Aug. 06, 2016 Carolyn Curtis Adams passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016, surrounded by family. She was 88. Carolyn was born in McPherson, Kans. She attended Washington University where she met and married John A. Ad- ams. Carolyn was always an active volunteer and loved golf, people, skiing, gardening, music, art and the Oregon coast. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Adams; and son, Brad Adams. She is survived by her son, Michael Adams; daughter, Penny Pettey (Thomas); and three grandchildren. A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. Sat- urday, Aug. 20, 2016, at the Hoodland Lutheran Church, Brightwood.
