He was born in Tampa, Florida on January 14th, 1979 to Bob and Tammy Smallwood.
Bobby held a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Portland State University, and was employed at Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. He loved and was loved by the children there.
He loved people of diverse backgrounds and their different cultures and food. He also loved books, long walks, nature, cats, learning new things, and expressing himself through music.
Bobby had a smile that could light up a room and a contagious laugh that will be missed by all.
He leaves behind his parents, Bob and Tammy Smallwood; sister, Amanda Garcia; brother, Matthew Smallwood; two nephews, Perry and Robert Bowers; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Bobby will be laid to rest in Valrico, FL at Hopewell Memorial Gardens.
