Anna Carolyn Broich

Anna was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota on February 21, 1930 to Fritz and Mabel (Thompson) Lofgren.

Anna graduated from Grand Rapids High School and married Merle R. Broich on May 28, 1949.

Anna worked as an office manager for the Portland Meadows Race Track. She had a passion for baking, walking, reading, sewing, her family and birds.

Anna was predeceased in death by her parents Fritz and Mabel, husband Merle, and two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by Marilyn Farra, daughter; Kathryn Broich, daughter & her husband Randy Augustine; Grandchildren, Shelly Farra; Scott Farra and wife Candy; Mychael Raya and wife Thera. Sister, Joyce Carlson and husband Harold; Sister in law, Mildred Lofgren; Six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Anna will be laid to rest with her husband Merle at Willamette National Cemetery at a private family service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
