Adrien worked for forty-three years as an academic reference librarian at Eastern Washington University, Washington State University, and Boise State University.
Adrien is survived by his wife, Marilyn, his three children: Leah, Irene, and Taylor, his children by relationship, David and Megan, and one grandchild, Quinn along with his beloved dog, Zola.
He leaves behind his love of playing bridge, watching birds, studying history and genealogy, as well as his love of jokes, puns and shaggy dog stories which he happily entertained family and friends with over the years. He was a dear man.
