Thomas James Carroll was born in Manhattan, NYC, February 17, 1957 and died July 16, 2019, in Portland, Me. He was the son of Thomas J. Carroll Sr. and Mary Keene (Larkin) Carroll, both deceased. Tommy grew up in ‘The Bronx’ and moved to Maine in the 90’s. He will be missed by staff and friends from Shalom House and his guardian, Tom Christensen.
