Katherine Betty Boyd Alexander born in Brunswick, Maine on February 6, 1931. Passed away on December 16 2023. Daughter of Harry Boyd and Irene Hennessey Boyd. Katherine grew up in Brunswick and attended local schools. She married Floyd Alexander of Cundy’s Harbor, Maine. They had five children. Shortly after their divorce she move to Portland, Maine and raised her five children. Sons William, Lloyd , and Brian, daughters Marcia and Lori. Katherine enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cribbage, sports, t.v. and being with her children.
Katherine was predeceased by her parents, sisters Mary and Nancy. Her son William, her daughter Lori and granddaughter Katherine (Kaylee) and Christopher.
. She is survived by her son Lloyd and wife Ann, Brian and partner Julie, daughter Marcia. Her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Her sister Ruth (Herbie) Davis of Bowdoin.
Their will be no Services, She will be loved and missed by all.
