Jeffrey A. Campbell

Jeffrey  A. Campbell,  born October 28, 1958, in Portland, died October 19, 2011, surrounded by love.  Jeffrey impacted countless lives, not only in his family, but also during his career at the Long Creek Youth Development Center and through the offices he held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 565 where he actively fundraised for numerous charities. Jeffrey was also a Ham Radio operator who assisted in disaster relief efforts. Jeffrey was appointed Dedimus Justice; he officiated a number of weddings, including his daughter’s. Jeffrey was a loving husband to his soul mate, Sibyl, and an amazing father, not only to his own children, but to the many children to whom he opened his heart and home, including Phoebe, who quickly became the apple of his eye. He will be missed by all, especially his wife Sibyl, daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Mike Bishop, daughter, Yvonne Wright, sisters, Bettylou Guastamachio and Darlene Campbell, brother, Kenneth Campbell, many nieces and nephews and grandchildren.

A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will take place at the Portland Eagles on St. John’s Street on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at noon.
