James was born in Portland, Maine on January 27, 1959 to James T. Lowery and Arlene Rowe.
He attended and graduated from Deering High school and continued his education at the University of Maine. James was an avid sports fan and enjoyed working out at the gym. He loved being on the water, either swimming or boating. He loved riding his motorcycle along the coast of Maine.
Unfortunately, Jim struggled with poor health for the last few years. However, he was determined to live life to the fullest that he could.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, James T. Lowery, Sr, and Arlene Rowe; His sister Madonna Lowery; and Uncle Robert J. Lowery.
He is survived and remembered with love by his ex wife- Deborah Burke; Step-Mother Patricia Lowery; Half-Brother Keith Rowe; Aunt & Uncle RIchard and Betsy Lowery.
At his request there will be no services, but a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
