OBITUARY
James J. "Jimmy" Harkins
Lewiston, ME – James J. “Jimmy” Harkins, 73, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 10, 2017 at his home in Lewiston.
He was born on February 4, 1944 a son of the late Anita (Pelletier) Plourde. He grew up in Lewiston and attended local area schools.
Jimmy worked for several years at the United Baptist Church in Lewiston, staying until the closed in 2011.
He enjoyed spending time with friends at local places such as The Cage and The Carlton Club. He also could be found spending time playing cards.
He is survived by his two daughters Angela M. Richards and her husband Chad of Lewiston and Katy Doughty of Lewiston, ME. He also leaves three grandchildren Kerry, Nichole and Jacob and two grand granddaughters Ava and Arianna.
At Jimmy’s request there will be no services.
