Donna J. (Reid) Frost

Scarborough, ME – Donna J. (Reid) Frost, 67, of Steep Falls, ME and formerly of South Portland, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Larry D. Frost, who died on December 17, 2013.

Donna was born in Portland, ME on January 29, 1951 a daughter of the late George A. & Mary (Tracy) Reid.  She grew up in South Portland, attending local area schools and graduated from South Portland High School.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting.  Donna also loved to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events.

She is survived by her son Chad A. Frost of Steep Falls and two daughters, Julie A. Stevens and her husband Walter of Gorham and Laurie A. Robyck and her husband Stephen of Malta, NY.  Donna also leaves five beautiful grandsons, that were in her words “the light of my life”; Caleb Allen Frost, Colby Austin Frost, Caden Alexander Frost, Cameron Andrew Frost and Chase Andre Frost as well as two step-grandchildren Kristopher and Wyatt Robyck.  She also leaves two brothers William A. Reid of South Portland and Robert E. Reid and his wife Bonnie of Gorham as well as two sister-in-laws Connie L. York and her husband Bob of South Portland and Joyce Frost of Windham, three nieces and a nephew.  She was also a sister of the late Donald A. Reid.

A private family burial at Forest City Cemetery will take place in the spring of 2019.
