She was born in Portland, ME on March 17, 2003 a daughter Joyce E. Cooper. She grew up in both Livermore Falls and Mexico, attending local area schools and graduated from Mountain Valley High School in 2023.
Cici had a love for animals and enjoyed eating out with friends and family. She has a dog named Marley, named after Bob Marley and a cat named Grandma named after her Mimi/Mom Gertrude Richards. Christmas was her favorite holiday and was always there to lend a helping hand when someone needed. She and her cousin Darrynmarc and his friend Brandon were always together. Cici had big aspirations for her life!
Besides her mother, she is survived by her Aunt Tammie Cooper, uncle Ronald Robinson, uncle Joshua Robinson, Aunt Taryn Cooper, aunt Erica Cooper, uncle Christopher Flannigan and uncle Robbie Cooper, as well as her four cousins Darrynmarc, Jackson, Shante and Paige. She was also granddaughter of the late Gertrude Richards, who raised her from a young age as her own.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
