Lewiston, ME- Brian A. Thompson, 66 of Lewiston, ME passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022 in his home.
Brian was born in Lewiston, ME on August 30, 1955 to late Virginia Dearborn and Jack Thompson Sr. He grew up in Massachusetts before returning to his birth place of Lewiston in 2001.
Brian devoted his life to serving Jesus through the Salvation Army. He spent decades volunteering for his church and community through feeding programs, emergency disaster support, standing kettles in the christmas season, and many other things throughout the church and community. He was in the 400 club in Lynn Bowling Lanes for candle-pin bowling, an avid track runner in highschool and an avid dart player in the Minute Man Dart league in Massachusetts. He also had a great love for music, sports, humor and socializing with people. Brian will be greatly missed by his family and members of his community.
He is survived by five children, twenty-seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, five brothers, five sisters, and many nieces and nephews. Deceased by five brothers and one son.
His services will be held at the Lewiston Salvation Army on August 26th at 10am.
