Alice M Colby

Alice or better known as “Grammy” to most, was a spitfire! You knew that whether you asked or not Grammy was going to give you her opinion, in some form. Grammy took pride in being a homemaker, caring for her family as well as those children of her friends. Prior to her husband’s passing, Leroy and Grammy spent countless hours playing card games and taking long drives together, many times getting lost. They figured that once they got lost it was time to start making their way back home. Grammy loved her family dearly and will be truly missed by all.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Turgeon; brother, Harvey Tracey; sister, Mary Giusti; great grandson, Dylan. She is survived by her granddaughter, Larissa Chalou and her husband Troy; great grandchildren, Jamie and Brittany; great great grandchild, MaKayla “Punky” who she adored and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 4-6 pm at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date.
