Born in Warwick, RI, Roberta was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 33 years, moving from Pembroke Pines, FL.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Bailey was a Bookkeeper in the Banking Business for 50 years in Florida and Rhode Island.
She was also a Real Estate Agent
She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Port St. Lucie; a Daughter of the American Revolution; an Officer in the American Legion and State Historian for the American Legion; as well as a member and served on the Executive Committee for the Republican Party.
Roberta was preceded in death by three husbands, Gene Richmond, Rod Gold and Elmer Bailey.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Richmond of Clermont, FL, Thomas Richmond of Palm City, FL; two daughters, Judith Prieto of Sorrento, FL, Deborah Trowbridge of Stuart, FL; two step-sons, George Bailey of Newport News, VA, Michael Bailey of Pensacola, FL; one step-daughter, Sandra Ross of Margate, FL; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 18, 2013, (TBA) at the First Congregational Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
