Born in Mt. Vernon, NY, Richard was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL of 34 years, moving from New Rochelle, NY.
Mr. Marcel served our country in the US Army.
Prior to retirement, he worked and was part owner for Galway Bar in New Rochelle, NY for 30 years.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Marjorie Marcel; and one brother, Alexander Marcel.
Survivors include three daughters, Odette Coe of Port St. Lucie, FL, Lynette Coe of New Rochelle, NY, Yvette Scardera of Mahopac, NY; seven grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Ft. Pierce, FL 34981.
