Marie Denise Mesidor

Marie Denise Mesidor who after many years of battling chronic illness, passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 with her devoted husband by her side. Marie who went by her middle name “Denise” was born on June 18, 1940 in Pétion-Ville Haiti.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Jean Claude Mesidor, Her son Marc Mesidor and his wife, Trisha Mesidor, her daughter, Jina Mesidor Lafleur and her five grand daughters, Kiana lafleur Small , Jessica Mesidor, Jovanna Lafleur, Stephanie Mesidor and Adrianna Lafleur. Denise also leaves behind her two sisters, Rosemarie Isaac and Marie Paul Bonny Joseph and many nieces and nephews. Denise was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, godmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, niece, cousin and friend. She loved her family so much especially her husband Jean Claude.

Denise Enjoyed cooking, cleaning , going on vacation and entertaining family and friends in her home which she took so much pride in. In addition to entertaining family and friends she took pride in her appearance and loved to do her make up, hair, and get dressed up, which she did very well. She had a wonderful welcoming personality, and everyone loved being around her. Denise will truly be missed and her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with.

A visitation for Marie will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Aycock at Tradition, 12571 Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987. A funeral mass will occur Friday, December 1, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 930 Sw Tunis Ave, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 1, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Fernhill Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, 1501 South Kanner Highway, Stuart, FL 34994.
