Kathleen Ann Heinlein

Kathleen Ann Heinlein passed away in West Palm Beach, Florida on Friday, April 28th, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 1st, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY. She was 1 of 11 children born to Thomas and Catherine Edwards. In October of 1960, she married the love of her life, Henry Heinlein. They were the proud parents of three children, Debora Ann, Thomas Henry, and Donna Marie. They raised their children in Copiague, NY where Kathleen enjoyed being a loving wife, mother, and Real Estate Agent. Relocating to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 1994, Kathleen and Henry enjoyed retirement and traveling especially cruising. Kathleen was blessed with 6 grandchildren: Dana Marie, Thomas Henry, Michelle Elizabeth, Christina Marie, Anthony Joseph, and Thomas Joseph. She was graced with two great granddaughters: Leilani Marie and Callie Ann. Kathleen is survived by her husband, children, several brothers and sisters, and all grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to all her family. Holidays were her favorite time of the year to gather and celebrate. Kathleen served as the Exalted Ruler of the Elks Lodge #2823 of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Her family is truly broken hearted by her passing and she will forever be in their hearts, thoughts, and prayers. Family, friends, and others whose lives Kathleen touched are invited to the Aycock Funeral Home located at 1170 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34983 on May 2nd from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at St. Lucie Catholic Church located at 280 SW Prima Vista Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34983 on Wednesday, May 3rd at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Kathleen's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or St. Lucie Catholic Church.
