Born in Anderson, KY. Served our country in the Korean War from 1952-54 drafted leaving behind an art scholarship to the University of Kentucky.
John and Norma celebrated 51 years of marriage this past December.
John was a well loved restaurant manager for McCrory Stores for 30+ years, earning several awards for outstanding Sales Achievements. Selling over 1 million dollars multiple years in a row. As well as manager of the year multiple times.
He leaves behind his wife Norma Sayre.
