Janet was born to the late George Sikora and Rose Sikora (Eucalitto) in Torrington, Connecticut. In 1973 she moved to Jupiter, Florida. From 1998-2002 she lived in Ocala, Florida. In 2002, Janet settled in Port St. Lucie. She volunteered her time with St. Vincent de Paul and was a manager with Jupiter Medical Center's Thrift Shop. Janet was an instructor at a Cosmetology Institute for many years. She loved gardening, cruises, slot machines, and most importantly her granddaughter, Kayley.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Sullivan; and sister, Judith Spiegelhalter.
Survivors include her son, Timothy O'Keefe (Michelle), of Jupiter; granddaughter, Kayley O'Keefe; and nephews, Scott Spiegelhalter (Karen), Craig Spiegelhalter (Sandra), and Randy Spiegelhalter (Bonnie).
A Mass in Janet's honor will take place on Thursday March 7, 2019 at 10 am at St. Lucie Catholic Church, 425 SW Irving Street Port St. Lucie, Florida 34983. A viewing and reception with light refreshments will follow at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive Port St. Lucie, Florida 34983.
