Born in Brooklyn, NY, Frank was a resident of Hideaway, TX, moving from Port St. Lucie, FL.
During WWII, he served in the US Navy.
Prior to retirement, he was a firefighter for the city of New York; and a Bridge Tender in Hobe Sound, FL.
He was a previous member of St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL, as well as the Prayer Group at St. Lucie Catholic Church. He was also a former member of the Knights of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Carmon Panico on November 27, 2013; a grandson, Thomas "T.J." Auer, and sister, Marie O'Rourke.
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Greenlaw of Hideaway, TX, Theresa Banks of Palm City, FL; three sons, Thomas Panico of Boca Raton, FL, Francis Panico of Stuart, FL, Albert Panico of New York; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, July 17, 2015 from 9:00AM - 10:30AM at the Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL. A Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, July 17, 2015, 11:00AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL, with burial following at White City Cemetery, Fort Pierce, FL.
