David Richard Marquissee, passed away at the age of 52, on March 15, 2021. Dave was born on November 5, 1968 to Donald and Linda (O'Connor) Marquissee in Appleton, WI. He grew up in Kenosha and Appleton, WI and graduated from Appleton East High School in 1986.
Dave married Maria (Bates) on January 14, 1994 and enjoyed spending time with their 4 beautiful children. Dave, Maria, and the kids moved to Florida in 2002 and have enjoyed the Florida weather for the past 19 years. Over the course of his adult life, Dave had an extremely successful 33-year career in the auto parts industry, starting out working as a department head at Fleet Farm in Appleton, WI and eventually working his way to becoming a District Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts in south Florida.
Dave loved spending his free time golfing, fishing, traveling (he especially loved the Florida Keys and his trips to Costa Rica and Europe) watching the Vikings win on Sundays (but never a Superbowl), and spending time with his beloved family & dogs. Dave was optimistic and took things in life as they came. He had an excellent sense of humor and loved playing pranks on his wife and kids. All the way until the end of his life, Dave was cracking jokes and had a beautiful smile on his face.
