Born in Puerto Rico, Armando was a resident of Port St. Lucie since 2000, moving from New York.
Prior to retirement, he was a Machine Operator for Café Bustelo in Bronx, NY for 38 years.
Mr. Rodriguez was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife Angelica Rodriguez in January 2003; a brother, Norman Rodriguez and three sisters, Josephine Camacho, Edna Diaz and Delores Dealba-Valentine.
Survivors include a son, Armando Rodriguez; two daughters, Beatrice Piquet and husband Joseph, Denise Garcia and husband David, all of Port St. Lucie, FL; four grandchildren; one brother Tony Rodriguez of Bronx, NY; one sister Nerdiea Sanchez of Tampa, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM and Friday, September 16, 2011, 2:00PM-4:00PM and 6:00PM – 8:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home Chapel in Port St. Lucie, FL.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 17, 2011, 11:00AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL, with entombment following at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart, FL.
