Mary "Nell" Crow

Mary “Nell” (Newman) Crow, 83, of Daytona Beach FL passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018.  Nell loved the Lord, her family, her church and her friends.  Music was the joy of her life and she shared it with others.  Nell’s laughter could make a brick crack up! She had a talent of making everyone feel loved, and special.

Nell is survived by her husband of 58 years, James I. Crow; daughter, Mary Ann Leonard Thompson of Wagener, SC; son, Rueben “Lewis” Leonard (Rhonda) of Ponte Vedra, FL; daughter Linda Crow Hill (Butch) of Port Orange, FL; son, Albert I Crow, Daytona Beach; step sons, James S. Crow and Rickey Crow, both of Columbia, SC; sister, Sara Newman Loflin; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was met in Heaven by her son, Ralph E. Leonard, and daughter, Alice Crow Shobert.

A Memorial Service celebrating Nell’s life will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church Port Orange, 316 Church Street, Port Orange, with Rev. Mark Malcolm officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Nell’s honor to First Baptist Port Orange.
