Louise M. Watkins

Louise came to the United States at 17 years old from West Germany. She was a mother, homemaker, and a woman with a great faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Louise attended and served at White Chapel Church of God for over 50 years. She loved being outside working in her yard and all things in nature.

Louise is predeceased by her loving husband, Joel R. Watkins and her two beautiful daughters, Margaret L. Gambill and Lisa M. Harris. She is survived by her children, Heinz G. Watkins (Becky Watkins), Gary R. Watkins (Shari Watkins), Joel T. Watkins (Susan Watkins), Edward R. Watkins (Lisa Watkins) and Tina Iannone (Rob Iannone) along with 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. The family appreciates all of Mom’s caregivers, health professionals, and friends.

A gathering of friends and family will be on Wednesday March 20, 2024, from 11-11:30am with service at 11:30 am following burial at 1:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Park, Ormond Beach.
