Iris Madden Parker, 91, of Port Lavaca passed away April 5, 2012. She was born November 24, 1920 in Fulton to the late James Henry and Nannie Irene Casterline Madden. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She is survived by her daughters, Wanda Bokemeyer, Carole Mathisen and Debra Ficklen of Port Lavaca; sister, Marie Nichols of Houston; grandchildren, Bart, Matthew, Gary, Curtis, Jeff, Jay and Stephanie and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Parker; parents; sisters, Winnie Scales, Irma Coward and Irene Hales; brothers, Alvin, Milton, James and Alan Ray Madden; and granddaughter, Donna Bokemeyer.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 1-2 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home with the funeral service to begin at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Gardens.
Pallbearers are Jeffrey Ficklen, Jay Ficklen, Mauro Contreas, Jeremy Smalley, Matthew Bokemeyer and Curtis Nichols.
