Francis Charlene Blevins

Francis Charlene Blevins, 85, of Port Lavaca passed away August 12, 2020 at St. Davids Medical Center in Austin Texas with her loving husband and sons at her bedside. She was born October 24, 1934 in Kosciusko, Mississippi, to Clarence and Roxy Horne. She was a retired telephone operator and a Baptist.

She is survived by her loving husband, Harold Blevins; sons, Terry Blevins (Beatrice), and Mark Blevins; and brother, Cliff Horne (Charlene).

She was preceded in death by her parents.
