Enrique Garza, age 79 passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022. Visitation will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church with rosary beginning at 2:00 PM. A funeral mass will start at 2:30 PM with burial to follow at Port Lavaca Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Pablo A. Garza, Michael Garza, David Garza, Christian Garza, Alan Garza and TJ Burke.
Enrique was born May 30, 1942 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico to the late Maria Garza and Atanasio Garza. He was an avid baseball and football fan. He was a loving brother and uncle that will be dearly missed.
Enrique is survived by his brother, Dr. Pablo Garza and wife, Judy and his brother, Alonso Garza.
Enrique was preceded in death by his father, Atanasio Garza and his mother, Maria Garza.
