So many memories.  Such good times.  Pete you were the life of the party.  A vital member of the Greater NY MGT Register.  The adventurous trips we took with our cars hoping we would get there and back without a hitch. Our vacations together and the fun we had. You will be sorely missed friend.

There was always warmth, love and laughter when we came to visit Uncle Pete and Aunt Carol. I will always remember his Donald Duck voice, his magic tricks, and especially the story he told when he made his handkerchief mouse for us.  He was loved and will be missed.  May he rest in peace.  Sending love and hugs to Aunt Carol and the rest of the Moor family.

Uncle Pete will be missed by many.His sense of humor and generosity  would light up many of the family events that I can remember.  My childhood memories of him doing magic tricks and story telling for me and then having the pleasure of having him do them for my son are priceless gifts he gave me. 
He had a way of letting me win a quarter during times when my family did not have much money so I could get a treat  was something I will always treasure about him in my memories. May he rest in Gods'  Peace.

Uncle Pete, I am going to miss you so much. You are such an important part of my life. You have taught me so many things over the years and I will never forget them. you always made my days brighter by telling me one of your jokes. Uncle Pete always made everyone laugh and feel welcomed. Many happy memories. Always with a joke and a twinkle in his eye. His name is synonymous with "smile".
He will be missed.

What a nice way to remember a loved one.  Even through those I may not have met, the "Grumman" family is forever connected.

We were more then lucky to have Uncle Pete in our lives.  He made an impression on everyone person he ever met and every day he brought MOOR joy to everyone who crossed his path. He knew all the jokes and shared the same jokes. He  talked like Donald Duck  and qwacked everyone up young and old. Started life in Brooklyn with his parents , His older Brother Reinhardt,  younger Sister Klara(Claire) (both deceased) and his baby Sister Katherine who loved and adored him . He was a self made man and built a wonderful life with Carol his devoted wife of more than 60 years. They raised three wonderful children who grew up to be strong successful adults raising families of their own. He was a wonderful Grandpa who also had never grow up in some ways since he loved all of his toys especially his toy cars! Having never smoked a cigarette  or a drink of alcohol he was a role model for many even though he probably did not even know that. We know that is one of the reasons he earns the title of the longest surviving member of his family to date passing all by adding  17 years longevity to his life.Pete Moor loved life and always brought the fun with him. He showed us all that when you work hard and play harder while laughing and having fun along the way you can accomplish anything and with Carol by his side he sure did live his life the right way. I love you and feel lucky that you were my Godfather. There will be an.empty place in our world without him. Godspeed Uncle Pete.You will be missed but never forgotten.

I will always have fond memories of when Pete and I worked and traveled for Grumman. One trip took us to the Mohave desert where we drove out to look for abandoned silver mines on our time off from the job...Pete stepped on a rattlesnake and we were chased out of an abandoned town by squatters!
